You will primarily be focused on Talent Acquisition, but will include responsibilities of Talent Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations and Organisational Effectiveness over time. In addition to managing full cycle recruitment and onboarding for all positions, this position will also help support centralised talent acquisition and initiatives as well as other deployed projects.

You will focus in optimising workplace performance in support of business goals by building employee engagement through strategic recruiting and talent management. This position is responsible for partnering with all business units on all staffing and hiring matters and with supporting HR team in onboarding administration for new hires.

●  Talent planning, identification and acquisition

●  Supporting learning and development of teams in line with company’s mission

●  Succession planning of business-critical positions

●  Steering the culture development around company’s core values

●  Stakeholder engagement, motivation and internal communication management

●  Supporting and guiding performance management in company


Ideal Candidate:

●  Knowledge of fashion business (preferably high-end luxury goods) and experience

●  Knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices and regulations

●  Workforce volume recruitment experience required as well as in-house qualitative recruitment experience

●  Ability to work with autonomy managing multiple priorities

●  Excellent interpersonal and communication (written, verbal, presentation) skills

●  Strong ability to drive for results without compromising ethics and quality

●  Strong ability to make sound and mature judgment calls and deal effectively and proactively in ambiguity within a business context

●  Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting candidates

●  Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience

●  ERP including applicant tracking systems
