As a graphic design specialist in a luxury fashion brand, you will play a critical role in creating visually stunning and compelling designs that reflect the brand's identity, values, and aesthetic. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and deliver exceptional design across various platforms and mediums.

You will be working on brand campaigns, product launches, social media content, digital assets, website design, communications material, moving image, invitations, packaging, catalogue etc. You will need to be all-round conceptual thinker whilst having a good knowledge of other content areas including digital, motion and 3D.

How you will contribute:

  • Conceptualise and design captivating visual assets for digital media, including advertisements, marketing collateral, product packaging, social media graphics, and website content including landing pages, new layouts and functionality, site enhancements etc to enhance the customer experience.
  • Translate creative briefs, brand guidelines, and marketing objectives into visually engaging designs that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand's image and identity.
  • Create and refine graphic elements, illustrations, typography, and layouts to enhance the overall visual impact and appeal of brand materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and product development, to develop cohesive design concepts and ensure alignment with brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging design techniques, and best practices in luxury fashion and graphic design, and incorporate relevant insights into design projects.
  • Maintain and organise digital asset libraries, including logos, images, and design templates, to ensure accessibility and consistency across all brand communications.
  • Provide creative direction and guidance to external vendors, photographers, and agencies involved in design projects, ensuring adherence to brand standards and quality expectations.
  • Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team meetings to contribute ideas, provide feedback, and collaborate on creative initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
  • Uphold brand integrity and consistency in all design deliverables, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, visual standards, and legal requirements.
  • Push emerging and innovative graphic design solutions for new & existing channels/markets, including TikTok, Snaphat, YouTube, FB Ecosystem, VR/AR and more.
  • Work closely with the Creative Marketing Lead to ensure project deliverables meet deadlines, release dates and budgets

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual design or related area
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in design agency or in-house (brand focused)
  • Proven experience designing concepts for emails, digital paid, in-store collateral, social and web design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects
  • Good eye and demonstrate knowledge of art, design, culture and fashion
  • Understanding of luxury brand building in general
  • Some knowledge of 3D/AR/VR isn’t necessary but would be useful
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with multiple team members and align ideas
  • Be comfortable to use initiative and proactive thinking
  • Be able to multi task with strong planning and organisational skills
