Job Description
Zuria Dor is seeking a Junior HRBP – Engagement, Learning & Development, and Outreach Specialist to enhance employee engagement, support training initiatives, and strengthen employer branding and outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal initiatives
- Support learning & development programs including trainings and workshops
- Assist in identifying training needs across departments
- Coordinate outreach initiatives such as campus drives, internships, and partnerships
- Support HR communication, events, and employer branding activities
- Track engagement and L&D metrics and prepare reports
- Work closely with HRBP and department heads to improve employee experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in engagement, L&D, or HR operations
- Fashion or retail industry exposure is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
