About the Role
The Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical supporting role in enabling smooth HR operations, ensuring people processes are followed, and strengthening communication between HR and functional teams. This role works closely with both production and non-production teams, providing day-to-day HR support and assisting in implementing HR initiatives, policies, and performance practices across the organization.
The Junior HRBP ensures that employee experience, HR documentation, and cross-team coordination stay consistent with Zuria Dor’s culture and business expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Experience
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns across departments.
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation checklists, documentation, and exit interviews.
- Coordinate attendance and leave management with the HRIS (Odoo) team.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and escalate any gaps or issues to the HRBP/Head of HR.
2. Recruitment & Talent Support
- Assist in screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating assessments for open positions.
- Manage candidate communication, maintain applicant data, and ensure a smooth hiring pipeline.
- Support new hire induction, probation tracking, and follow-ups for confirmations.
3. Performance & Development Support
- Track monthly, quarterly, and yearly evaluation processes where applicable.
- Assist in maintaining updated job descriptions, KPIs, and role clarity documents.
- Support in planning and coordinating training sessions, workshops, or L&D activities.
- Monitor attendance, participation, and feedback from internal trainings.
4. HR Data, Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards including absenteeism, turnover, probation status, and staff strength.
- Support in updating organizational charts, manpower plans, and department headcounts.
- Assist in audit compliance, file checks, policy updates, and documentation clean-ups.
5. Employee Relations & Culture
- Maintain a positive and approachable HR presence across floors and teams.
- Resolve minor grievances through active listening and timely follow-up.
- Support coordination of events, engagement activities, and townhalls.
- Observe team dynamics and communicate HRBP insights on morale, communication gaps, or role misalignments.
6. HR Projects & Process Improvement
- Support in rolling out HR initiatives including SOPs, workflows, policy rollouts, and digital systems.
- Work with HRBP/Head of HR on documentation standardization across departments.
- Assist in talent mapping, JD standardization, and competency framework updates.

- Basic understanding of HRIS systems (Odoo experience is a plus).

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HR support roles.
- Experience in fashion retail, manufacturing, or production environments is a plus.
