We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Intern to assist with stock handling, order fulfillment, and inventory record-keeping. Ideal for fresh graduates with basic warehouse knowledge and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day warehouse activities including stock organization, labeling, and housekeeping.
• Support accurate and timely order fulfillment aligned with production needs.
• Record material issuance and maintain logs (ERP/Google Sheets).
• Assist in receiving and verifying incoming materials against invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements (receipts, issues, returns).
• Support inventory counts, audits, and ensure stock accuracy (physical vs. system).
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for smooth operations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements & Skills

• Fresh graduates with basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
