As a performance marketing lead, you will be applying marketing skill sets and experience to deliver major objectives, such as traffic acquisition goals to fulfil business milestones, monitor performance ads effectiveness and efficiency, innovate with audience segmentations and marketing assets, equipped with solid real-time bidding and algorithm-based bidding knowledges.

How you will contribute (but not limited to):

  • Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI
  • Analyse and optimise campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis
  • Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs)
  • Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimisation purposes
  • Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation
  • Lead and implement strategies and plans at regular basis, not limited to audience segmentation, bidding methods, assets market research, key pushes, branding campaign synergy, landing page experience and budget allocation
  • Periodical budget planning with sales planning and finance team, astute and consistent budget adjustment also expected
  • Build use case or explore new initiatives through data insights and new media products to gain incremental business objectives by leveraging social data tools

Ideal Candidate:

  • BS/BA degree, in a business, advertising, data related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years highly proven experience in performance media management either in-house or with leading agencies
  • Proven know-how of E-Commerce paid media from strategy to tactical level
  • Experience with luxury industry is highly preferred
  • Luxury clienteling mindset is highly preferred
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
