You will be responsible for ensuring inventory operational excellence, overseeing multiple key functions. You will be a critical touch point for multiple teams, including activities related to product development, product documentation, supply chain, SKU planning, vendor management etc to ensure all operations related to inventory are running smoothly. This role will put in place processes for operational tasks and run the day-to-day.

How you will contribute:

• Assist in setting and driving inventory strategy
• Ensuring purchase order processing information is kept up to date on Odoo
• Liaising with purchase officer to monitor stock levels
• Updating Odoo for delivery information received from suppliers
• End to end inventory management including daily issuances and production fulfilments
• Managing and keeping up to date Master Item Data and relevant product catalogues
• Managing inward and outward movement of stock
• Managing all relevant issuances
• Managing daily and monthly stock reports for audits
• Monitoring production runs, creating and maintaining WIP report
• Inventory planning to optimise for stock levels, speed, and margin
• Help coordinate the transportation of goods along the production process
• Propose best path forward to balance growth and profitability
• Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalisation
• Generating reports from single or multiple systems/databases
• Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports
• Evaluating changes and updates to source
• Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-2 years inventory operations experience
• Knowledge of Odoo enterprise solution system
• Good Excel and problem solving skills
• Good communication and project management skills
• Good technical aptitude, including ability and desire to learn company systems and tools and ability to perform root cause analysis
• Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively with other groups, as necessary
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt
• Passion, energy and enthusiasm to drive results with a team-oriented approach
• Ability to quickly analyse and explain complicated issues
• Ability to articulate verbally and in writing
